Tickets are non-refundable! As any festival in the world, we occasionally can experience cancellations or other problems with confirmed bands. When buying tickets for a festival as opposed to a regular concert one must accept that lineup changes can occur - therefore we as all other festivals have a policy of not refunding tickets if bands cancel their appearance at the festival
